Hey Im getting an M50 bolt action sniper by Double Eagle and I'm wondering if there is any tips you can give me about owning it and any possible defects it may have that I have to watch out for and any shooting tips that you could give me. Thanks in advance :)

tip 2: take the BA certification course. |
Normally there is a unwritten rule (i think? :S) that we shouldn't discuss things of this nature to un-age-verified users. However, if someone staff related says it is ok then I guess people can help you out.

(or just where, I dont mind searching as long as I know wher to search) If I had the cash I probably wouldnt mind spending $400 on a good gun but alas, I do not. Just need something simple with good range and a hicap mag (I hate reloading) I know that there are rules to this forum and stuff but I also know that we Canadians are a helpful bunch and any [B]seroius help[B] is appreciated! |
Honestly $400 is basically what gets you an at-par rifle. Spending any less and you have a good chance of regretting it. Due to circumventing yadda yadda I'm not going to suggest anything with a price tag.
Your best bet would be to just look at some of the reviews that are posted publically and come to a general decision based on different companies feedback, and then don't purchase anything until you're of age otherwise the ASC monster will put it's foot right up your ass. |

Ummm...thanks for the help, I guess? |
Buy a RealSword SVD.
It'll cost more, but it'll be worth it. And you can always sell it later. A crappy gone doesn't have a good resale value, especially if it breaks. |
