That's totally cool. For $30, I would just risk importing it and see what customs has to say. I'm not sure if rubber knives are okay or not.

well it sure looks nice; however, importing it my bring you troubles due to its brass-knuckle shape. I know for a fact that indian katar are under the definition of brass knuckle when imported through canada. Thus, there is a good chance, it won't pass the customs.
