What new guns would you like to see G&G make next?
 

G&G asked us the other day for our suggestions on what the next couple new guns they make should be. Since we sell more G&G guns than any other store on the East coast in the US, we have a great relationship with G&G, and they periodically asks for our input on things.

Certainly I have a few ideas, but I want to hear your ideas too so I can pass them along. Here's a cool opportunity to perhaps influence a manufacturer to make the gun you'd like to see next in their lineup!

a WA2000 would be nice. personally i would love to see a WWII Full metal and wood G43 with plenty of aftermarket parts, such as Tightbores etc etc. i have been dying for a G43 and i think many others would buy it as well. in terms of cost efficiency, it would be easy cause then can use their M14 gear box as the guts and build out from there. case and point, look how fast those AGM Mp44 sold. i think a G43 would sell equally fast

I agree, a decent FN2000 and its integrated optic (as a separate accessory).

The TM FAMAS is old and the ACM isn't up to the task... to a new FAMAS would also be great.

How about an L85 that doesn't self destruct?

I too would also like to see a FA-MAS... I thought they had that on their list of things to do.

Given Magpul PTS' desire, but apparent difficulty, to put out an airsoft version of their MASADA/Bushmaster ACR, maybe G&G could work something out with them to help things along.

Since they already have various M14 bases, it probably wouldn't be too hard for them to put out an out-of-the-box EBR and/or M39 EMR (the USMC variant all manufacturers seem to be ignoring).

If they want to do something totally new and different, they could enter the LMG arena with a KAC Stoner 96, which no one has done yet (and someone really should). A '63 variant could be derived from it for the Vietnam -era players.

A Russian PKM could be another interesting LMG (to offset all the M60s and M249s), for the Russian and Mooj -themed players (and possibly PMC as well).

I'd like to see a Masada/Bushmaster ACR as well, based on the most recent design variant.

Since G&G has a M14 design and access to wood working (evidence by their M14 Veteran edition), maybe a M1 Garand?

I'd take Winchester 1873 third model 20" or 22" please.

Wouldn't mind seeing G&G jumping onto the P90 band wagon. Make some more competition for TM, CA, and Echo1.

Is there an airsoft Tavor TAR-21? Just a though, will probably google it later though.

ACR Magpul (MASADA) Scar!

The EBR doesn't have a release date yet, but the Tavor with MARS scope will be here in mid-April for $500.

I would rather G&G not make anymore M14's or things based on M14's. I have had nothing but horrible experience with the G&G and CA lines of M14's from trigger contacts that are eaten away in less than a season to constantly eating hopup rubbers, to having several parts that are next to impossible to replace if broken.

ACR would be nice, there isn't really anything they can do different with the P90, the FAMAS is not a popular enough gun in my opinion, same with the FN2000.

This thread is probably just going to boil down to everyone posting their favorite gun that doesn't have an airsoft version.

There is a G&G SCAR-L and there's a -H incoming if I remember well.

As for the Masada there's an ACM version and Magpul PTS is working on theirs. There won't be any other "big" airsoft company releasing their own (unbranded, at least) Masada or ACR. The only ones easily available should be the Magpul PTS, even if subcontracted.

Would G&G consider going GBB rifles? Rather then producing new AEGs.

A sg551 to complement the 550 they just released. I might ditch my JG 550 and upgrade to G&G this summer...

+1 for a FAMAS. But they have to do it right this time. No offence to TM because it was their first gun, but now that manufacturing and engineering has improved, i dont think its difficult to ask for a body that doesnt creak, a ver. 2 or 3 mechbox inside, and a more realistic takedown.

Also... cansoft versions maybe? new releases with clear recievers should make them a big hit in countries like canada with import restrictions.

That's interesting, their "EBR" -- asides from not having the rear optics mount -- is set up like the M39. Nice :)




V2/3 wouldn't fit because of the motor placement, they'd need to use a modified V7, or a whole new mechbox. So it probably won't happen. If they did make a FAMAS they should include the newer model, too (FAMAS FELIN)

Cansoft AK? Not sure... I think the Kraken is quite a good AK for the price, so investing to upgrade it would give a better bang for your buck instead of a G&G AK.

However I'm 100% with you on the cansoft SCAR.

Don't think you could do a FA-MAS with a V2 or V3. It would probably have to be a V6 or the modified V1's similar to what's on the L85s.

There are a lot of shot guns that need made. OUT OF STEEL AND WOOD. Not plastic and monkey metal, STEEL AND WOOD. And they must feel and fire like shotguns, if I pull the trigger I want more then one bb to come out the barrel and I want them to go more then 20 feet down hill.

Take the triple barrel design of TM, add a gas reservoir the size of Lake Volta and be able to reload the bitch in the field.

For some reason the RX4 Storm is growing on me. Would love a good quality version of that.

+1 for the M1 Garand or a G43, some GBB rifles would be a welcome addition. There is already a flooded market for armalites and AK's IMO.

2.Stoner 63 "Robarms M96"( not KAC stoner LMG), preferably modular, but would be great non the less.
3.a better XM8, again preferably modular, but again great either way.
4.Sig 556 "classic"
5.Beretta ARX-160.
6.i know they said they don't do MGs, but an Ultimax 100 would be cool.
7.a STK CPW.
8.a better better feeling MP7
9.and maybe they could get into pistols, a Springfield XD 45( or 40), FNP 45( or 40), HK45, and S&W MP45( would like to see this most)

and maybe a Daewoo K2 would be cool.

Hmm.. I think I'd rather those done by a company that can make a really, really nice AEG.

A Modular XM8 that I can switch into a PDW, LMG, or DMR easily. The only people who make the XM8 are Firepower (Shit) and SRC...

I'd love to see a good G3 myself. And yes a new Famas and some WW2 would be sweet.

Basically, I'd love to see another company, like CA, make Canada-legal guns.

I'm going to have to agree with the majority and say that a new FA-MAS would be great, as it is it's old... and all they really have to do is just take to old design make it less creaky, maybe add some metal components and add a V6 gearbox.

One more. A new H&K SL8 would be nice.

How about G&G try thier hands at the AN-94 for something a little unique. Never fired an airsoft yet (trying to get verified but am cuputer-illiterate), but i have tested a few AN-94's out when i was in the service (Ex-marine here). Gotta tell ya, not the best asctetically pleasing russian gun, but my jaw dropped when you see it in use. first 2 rounds come out at 1800 rpm then the recipricating barrel assemplt kicks in at 320 ish... 2 rounds 1 hole on 2 round burst setting... AND no muzzle jump even on full auto. I would post a link but i have no idea how.. hahah sry they build marines big and dumb.

Ugh, people are suggesting to many guns that area already made! Lets see something more overlooked, expecially the AN-94 thats pictured above (Its not ugly! its just preportionally awkward)
I vote for G&G to take a shot at springers of old battle rifles (As I had said before), i'm more than sure there is a biiig market for them.

Good one about the Uzi. TM Uzi's have like no replacement parts. Plus theres no full metal kits for it (Except Zeke, which stopped making those in the 17th century). Uzis FTW

Love the mechanics behind it, not so much the look of the rifle, and yeah old battle rifle springers would be cool especially considering some 3rd world and under funded countries are using the Lee Enfield and Kar98k still. But in this age i guess i would like to see a nice GBB pistol like a Glock 18 or even a Tec-9 =D
