Softair ;-) Popular at Canadian Tire. No, its not airsoft

Janus July 6th, 2006 15:04

We know.

Does anyone know if those trap targets are any good?

porry July 6th, 2006 15:07

well the manufacturer is AIRSOFT, so technically if you consider, those guns are more airsoft than your TM gun.

amano999 July 6th, 2006 15:21

The sad thing it I own a few of those guns. I bought them before I found Airsoft Canada and now they just sit there collecting dust. I don't know about the trap target, but I do have the one that pops back up and it's alright.

wey ferro July 6th, 2006 15:25

it says its airsoft so it must be?

Hahah I love the title on the shotgun..."Intimidator"

What a crock of shit

lyphe July 9th, 2006 14:24

Hehe, i noticed that too, i don't know about you but a plastic see-thru "shotgun" isn't at least bit intimidating, nice try though :P

|-|ellfire July 10th, 2006 21:27

I don't konw about their trap target, but I made one myself and it works great if you are shooting a lot of BB's in a place you'd have to clean up. I put more than one target sheet to avoid ricochet coming out, because the BBs have just enought power to go through the sheets. well to make it short, if you dont plan on shooting a lot of BBs or just not to clean up after, their as good as any but more fancy.

That's PBL for you... Nothing like a paintball store that's out of stock except for clear springers... :smack:

That's all good, then we don't have to deal with the paintballers switching over.

Not to be insulting to the guys that did -- the right ones found it.
I'm mostly refering to the ones that do driveby paintballings.

You would be surprised about that.
Nicest clear springer out there.

porry July 13th, 2006 14:25

there is nothing nice about a clear springer...

tunabreath July 13th, 2006 18:27

Just on the target bb traps, I made a really good one, it's just a big cardboard box with one side cut out (target area) and the back/sides cut off at a 45 degree angle. I taped a piece of light fabric over the angled part which (free hanging) stops the BBs easily and directs the BBs to a tray I placed under the box for collection.

:O

I think I've been scarred for life! Traumatized by the mere sight of clear plastic and red/blue inards *sob* *choke* *cry*

MercedeSChink July 22nd, 2006 00:51

If ur gun is over 350 fps, those bb traps are prolly not a good idea. I had one, and if u miss and hit the plastic, the plastic just breaks, and the whole thing falls apart. I think the best thing to do is make one urself or just use a normal cardboard or styrofoam box.
