Heavy BBs are nothing new, they have higher impact Joules but at a max are a bit over 2J, so it's really a non-issue. Better for concealed shooters that watch their target jump in pain from a single BB, then ignore it. Years ago I shot Sonic in the kidney from about 130ft away with a 0.36g and he jumped, and swore, but was fine after.
