I don't want to be "that AK guy", but what's up with the '74 style flash hider with the 7.62 mags Milan? Just aesthetics?

If those are actually Alfa Group, then they have more in common with CIA operators than actual military. So it's not really representative a shift in their military towards western gear, it probably has more to do with blending in and blaming the Americans.
