I think oxy works becuase I use it to remove permanate marker on random surfaces that I draw on...

I use baby wipes at the field and shampoo (Head & Shoulders) in the shower after the games to clean my face. Works #1 for me.

something else that would work great is the cream that mechanics wear on their hands ... it's basically a liquid glove... put that on your face first and the camo on top of that... it doesn't dry shiny and washes of with water.

I have a tub of this stuff in my garage, just for my dirty hands after molesting my car. The abrasive is fine sand, and i really dont think it would disturb sensitive skin at all, really.. unless ive got a better tub then everyone else.

I can say i have used on my face, but i did it where i had running water to take it off quickly tho.. I dont think you'd want that shit seeping into your eyes..

Fast Orange. The best stuff ever. You don't even need water, just wipe it off with a towel. It works better that way, because then your face isn't wet if you have to go at it again some more; Fast Orange doesn't actually work as well when the surface (hands, face, etc) is wet. It's fine on your face too, just don't rub it into your eyes. That sand is actually pumice, often used as an exfoliant in cosmetics.

That's my vote, both mine and my sensitive skin. I use it for getting grease off my hands and camo on my face, and nothing works better or more thoroughly, and it's all-natural too, if that makes you feel better.

You guys ever tried Irish Spring soap? That stuff could peel the paint off a car.

The CF bug juice works well too... If you're using a cam stick, the old style hard stick, pour bug juice in your hand then rub the stick into it and apply the cam... the bonus is not only does the cam come off easy but during summer the mosquitos stay way. When your done use bug juice or skin-so-soft and it comes right off... then wash normally with soap water.

Don't worry about cancer...remember Chuck Norris beat cancer by flexing for a few mins...

Every thing about the canadian forces causes cancer. You come to terms with it after awhile. The current issue 28% deet bug spray they give us says to not be applied to skin. It stripped the yellow paint off my bfa when the bottle exploded in my tac vest.

gandar March 28th, 2006 08:59

lmao Yeup, that about summs it up... but it keeps the bugs away don' it?
....There're two ways to do things... The right way, and the army way.
