The Italian Camo is pretty good, although seeing it in action against Multicam....Im sorry, there just really isnt any contest. Multicam is where its at for effectiveness.
BUT, you want it which I can totally understand, so here are a few sites that sell the stuff. All are in Italian except the first one, which can go to english by clicking on the little british flag Icon on the lower right hand side:
