Best I can tell, those are C8s with a heavy 14.5 inch barrel and TRIAD for Toronto.

Yes, they use the C8A2, same carbine as the Danish use. Not sure if the Police ones are full auto though...

Conker, in that second photo if you expand it to the full size you can see "PPCLI" on the epaulets. Good call! Though I never thought I'd see RCMP using Multi-cram.
